Calgary: time to settle in
19–20 September · 1 night. Your trip begins in Calgary. After your flight, collect the rental car and spend the night near the airport. This gives you time to rest before travelling on the following day. Your flight is not included; we coordinate your arrival with the trip beforehand.
Via Crowsnest Pass to Fernie
20–23 September · 3 nights. On the way to Fernie, Crowsnest Pass Golf Club is the provisionally planned first golf stop. After the round, continue to Fernie for three nights. You won’t need to pack your bags again the very next morning.
Fernie Golf Club is also on the provisional programme. Beyond golf, there is time to explore the mountain town and its surroundings or simply relax.
Kimberley: golf from our home base
23–27 September · 4 nights. Kimberley is Anja and Theo’s home base. Stay a little longer in one place, with several golf courses around Kimberley and Cranbrook.
Trickle Creek, Bootleg Gap and St. Eugene are on the provisional golf programme. On the guided group trip, you stay at Alpenglow B&B. Between rounds, there is time for Kimberley’s town centre, a walk or a quiet afternoon.
Panorama: two nights in the mountains
27–29 September · 2 nights. Travel from Kimberley to Panorama. Greywolf, with its mountain setting, is the provisionally planned course here. A two-night stay leaves time to enjoy the surroundings as well as your round.
Golden: through the Columbia Valley
29 September–1 October · 2 nights. The route takes you through the Columbia Valley to Golden. Golden Golf Club is on the provisional programme, framed by the mountains around Golden. After your round, relax or explore the area.
Canmore: your final days in the Rockies
1–3 October · 2 nights. Travel through Yoho and Banff to Canmore for your final two nights. Silvertip is on the provisional golf programme here. Beyond the course, the mountains and the Banff area offer plenty of reasons to take another look around.
On 3 October, drive back to Calgary for your flight home. We coordinate your departure from Canmore with your flight time, leaving time to return the rental car and check in.
Travel together or make your own plans
On the guided group trip, travel together with Theo: a shared programme with golf, shared accommodation and meals. You drive a rental car yourself; sharing a car can be arranged.
If you prefer to travel independently, join the shared golf rounds and plan the rest of your time yourself. We tailor your accommodation to your wishes. Non-golfing partners are welcome too.
The golf programme includes eight provisionally planned courses, one round per course. You will receive the final course selection and tee times once they are confirmed. You do not need to reserve tee times yourself.
